L2M was founded by a Myanmar student navigating international university — not from the outside looking in. That context is the whole point.
Myanmar students arrive at international universities — often their first time inside a Western academic system. The expectations are different. The assessment formats are unfamiliar. The English requirements go beyond what most have been prepared for. And the support structures were not built with them in mind.
L2M was founded to close that gap. Not with generic tutoring or group classes, but with peer support from people who have been in the same rooms, struggled with the same assignment briefs, and figured it out.
We started with English — because language confidence shapes everything. How you participate in seminars, how you communicate with lecturers, how you present yourself. L2M English exists because that confidence should not be left to chance.
L2M Academic is coming next — structured academic mentorship matched to your university, your major, and your semester.
We build that support through certified coaching, rigorous teacher training, and programmes that meet students at their actual level.
We will not send a teacher to a student until that teacher has passed our certification process. Quality is not a selling point — it is the requirement.
Our teachers and mentors are Myanmar students themselves. The credibility this creates is something no external platform can manufacture.
Small cohorts. Matched teachers. Structured curricula. We are not trying to serve everyone — we are trying to genuinely serve the students we take on.
As a student or as a mentor — there is a place for you here.
