Join L2M as a 1-on-1 English teacher. Complete our rigorous internal certification — informed by TESOL and TKT standards — and teach Myanmar students across three structured tracks.

20-minute live interview. Minimum C1 English required. Scored across 4 dimensions.
Pass threshold: 10/12Record a single 3-minute video explaining a chosen topic to a B1-level learner. Submitted within 24 hours of Stage 1 — assessed on clarity, natural delivery, and learner-appropriate language.
3-minute video · 24 hours15–18 hours of internal training across 6 modules. Informed by TESOL and TKT methodology.
6 modules · ~3 weeksObserved 90-minute session. Pass threshold: 18/24. On passing: issued L2M Certified English Teacher status. First student assigned.
